1. Membership and Access
Access to the coworking office is granted to members, guests, and invitees in accordance with the membership type, hours, and amenities provided. Members agree to comply with the office policies, as outlined in the house rules.
2. Respectful Conduct
Members and guests are expected to maintain respectful, professional behavior within the coworking office. Actions that create an unsafe or disruptive environment may result in warnings or the restriction of access.

Hawaii Coworking is not liable for personal property lost, damaged, or stolen within the premises. Members are responsible for their belongings and for ensuring items are secure when using the facility.
5. Use of Facilities and Equipment
All facilities, equipment, and amenities are provided for the benefit of our members. Use of these resources must follow posted guidelines and applicable policies. Intentional misuse or damage may result in fees, membership restrictions, or additional actions as necessary.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect members’ privacy and request that all parties refrain from unauthorized recordings, photography, or discussions that may compromise the confidentiality of others.
7. Month-to-Month Lease Terms
Month-to-month leases provide office space access for the specific month outlined in the lease agreement. At the end of each lease period, renewal is not guaranteed. If another tenant expresses interest in a longer-term lease or is prioritized by our parent company, [Your Coworking Office] reserves the right to offer the space to that tenant following the expiration of your month-to-month lease.
