What is parking like at the space?

Our building is directly connected to the Eaton Sq Public Parking lot! If you park on the 4th floor of the lot, you can walk right across which is perfect for loading and unloading equipment. Additionally, you’re able to park along the street for $3/hour. For a cost-friendly option, you can also park along the Ala Wai Canal which is a 3 minute walk from our building.

Aloha and welcome to the Hawaii Coworking! We’re excited to see what you’ll create with us today. Once you’ve arrived at Eaton Sq, head up to the Penthouse 1 suite. During office hours, you can contact the office or use the call button to be let in if you do not have an access code. If you’re coming outside of operation hours punch in your access code on the keypad.

Do you have a conference room that is more than just the basics?

Yes, our coworking office does have a conference room that offers more than just the basic amenities. Our large conference room features a “professional setting with modern amenities” that go beyond a typical bare-bones setup.

Some of the additional features included are: Customizable lighting brightness Enclosing sliding panels Whiteboard Push pin board 31″ x 46″ TV These enhanced amenities suggest the conference room is well-equipped to host a variety of professional meetings, presentations, workshops, and collaborative sessions, rather than just providing a simple table and chairs. The range of features indicates this is a thoughtfully designed conference space to meet the needs of our coworking members and their guests.
Do you have a kitchen area?

Yes, our coworking office has a well-equipped kitchen area for members and guests. This kitchen space includes: Prepped with a hot water machine Sodastream TWO coffee machines Ice maker Microwave Full set of cutlery Cups And all the fixin’s to fuel your best work day yet
Can I receive my mail and packages at Hawaii Coworking?

Members can use the Hawaii Coworking address as their business or personal mailing address for a monthly fee.

– Packages and mail will be securely stored and members will be notified when items arrive.
– There is a $75 per month fee for the virtual office service.
– Members can pick up their mail and packages during regular business hours.

Yes, Hawaii Coworking does provide IT support and technical assistance to its members. Our on-site staff are trained to help with common technical issues, such as troubleshooting internet connectivity, setting up new devices, and answering questions about the shared office equipment. Members can reach out to our team at any time for assistance with their technology-related needs.
Can I hold events or host meetings at the coworking space?

The event space comes equipped with the following amenities:

80 foldable white chairs and 4 high top black covered tables

High-speed internet and AV equipment

Trash service and access to the kitchenette

Guest sign-in at reception

Central AC and comfortable seating
What are the booking requirements?

Rules and Regulations:

– You need to book the space for a minimum of 2 hours

– Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance, but the earlier the better

– An event deposit is due 2 days before your start date

– Your start time is fixed, and early access is not permitted

– You can rearrange the furniture but must return it to the original position before your booking ends

– You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages

– Please note that any damages will be charged to your account
